Marhaw accepts all major credit cards through Stripe, an easy, secure method of online payment. You do not need a Stripe account for this transaction.
Need help? Choose the payment option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll down and see the option to pay with a credit or debit card without having to sign up for a Stripe account.
Marhaw bags are small-batch handmade products, and variations in colour, pattern, and size should be expected. Marhaw does not accept returns for bags because of these irregularities. However, if for some other reason you are not satisfied with your Marhaw bag, you may return your (clean, unworn) bag and pouch to our address within two weeks of receipt with tracking code sent to us after shipment for a full refund via Stripe. Please use our email form on the contact page telling us why you aren't satisfied and we'll provide you with the necessary return details and address. We love feedback, so please let us know if there is anything we could be doing better with our product or service. Thank you!
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all packages. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.
UNFORESEEN SHIPPING ISSUES
From the time your package leaves Marhaw until it is delivered to your doorstep, all shipping liability lies with DHL services in your country. After the package is marked as delivered by the courier, packages become the customer's responsibility. Marhaw cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages post-delivery. Missing packages claims must be filed by the customer. In the rare case of missing parcels, please contact us.
All international packages require a signature upon delivery; a tracking number will be provided once shipment is made.
